New Delhi: As of June 30, 2025, India’s installed wind energy capacity has reached 51.67 GW, reflecting sustained growth in the renewable energy sector. According to official data shared by Minister for New and Renewable Energy Pralhad Joshi in the Lok Sabha, the country added 4,151 MW of new wind capacity in FY 2024–25, up from 3,253 MW in FY 2023–24 and 2,275 MW in FY 2022–23.
