The dam which is designed storage capacity of 9460 mcm had same number of water stored today. Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat today informed it has decided to supply surplus Narmada water in Sardar Sarovar dam to as many as 952 ponds of North Gujarat region's Banaskantha, Patan, Mahesana and Sabarkantha districts through 13 pipelines.
