Bengaluru: The Sanand-based outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) facility of Mysuru-headquartered electronics manufacturing services and design firm Kaynes Technology is expected to become operational by December, according to Raghu Panicker, CEO of Kaynes Semicon.
