One more Talati Mantri held for taking bribe

Rajkot: Another Talati mantri has been held in bribe case by Anti Corruption Bureau(ACB) Gujarat. The accsued Sanni Panjwani is Talati Mantri of Kagdadi gram panahcyat in Rajkot district. He demanded and received the bribe sum of Rs. 1500. According to ACB, a complainant in this case had plots in Kagdadi for which he wanted old entries in the form number 2 of Panchayat record. The accused Talati mantri demanded Rs. 1500 bribe to do this task. As the complainant was unwilling to pay a bribe, he contacted ACB on toll free number 1064, following which a complaint was filed and a trap was arranged in which the accused Talati mantri was held after he received the bribe sum.
