GTU to confer Honorary Doctorate on SAC-ISRO Ahmedabad Director

Ahmedabad: The Director of the Space Applications Centre (SAC) of ISRO Nilesh Desai will be awarded an honorary doctorate at the thirteenth graduation ceremony of Gujarat Technological University, scheduled to be held on January 20th at Science City.
According to the official note, in this graduation ceremony, 147 students will be honored with the Golden Crescent. On this occasion, ISRO Director Mr. Nilesh Desai will be awarded an honorary doctorate degree. Additionally, 28,787 graduates, 5,251 post-graduates, 51 PhD students, 14,452 diploma holders, and 70 post-graduate diploma holders will be presented with degrees. Thus, a total of 48,575 students will receive degrees from Gujarat Technological University in this graduation ceremony. Among them, 4,000 students will receive their degrees in person. DeshGujarat
