Uzbek female gets one month jail from Surat Court

Surat: The court sentenced a female from Uzbekistan with 1-month imprisonment for staying in India for 5 more days than the duration of stay permitted in her Visa.
The court sentenced the female from Uzbekistan named Aleshya Enatolenava Wolokava with 1-month simple imprisonment in a crime under the Foreigners Act. The female came to India 13 years ago on the basis of a visa. She illegally stayed for 5 more days in India after the end of her Visa at that time. The police nabbed her after filing a crime against her. The case was pending for 13 years. The female confessed her crime in the court on 26th July 2023.
It is learnt that the female is facing a shortage of finance. The court has ordered the related officials to deport the female to her native if no other crime is pending against her. DeshGujarat
