New, tad longer route proposed for PM’s roadshow in Vadodara
June 08, 2022
Vadodara: The Prime Minister is scheduled to hold a road show in Vadodara before addressing a public meeting at the Leprosy Ground in the city. The roadshow to be held between Vadodara airport and the Leprosy Ground will now pass along the Sangam crossroads instead of the earlier proposed Sardar Estate.
Thus the new route is 5.5 kilometres long instead of the previously proposed route which was only 4 km long. The decision to use the longer route has been taken in order to allow more people a glimpse of the Prime Minister and an opportunity to greet him.
However, the route approved by the SPG will be the final one and the roadshow would be held only along the approved route. DeshGujarat.
