Hardik Patel removes his position and association with Congress party from twitter profile

Gandhinagar: Inching towards joining ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Working President of Gujarat unit of opposition Congress party, Hardik Patel has removed the mention of Congress party and his association with it from his Twitter profile.
The earlier twitter profile details of Hardik was: Proud Indian Patriot. Social and Political Activist. Working President of Gujarat Congress. Committed to a better India.
The changed profile details today are: Proud Indian Patriot. Social and Political Activist. Committed to a better India.

This development has taken place days before party leader Rahul Gandhi’s visit to the State which is scheduled on 10th of May. Rahul was invited to attend Satyagrah progrmame in Dahod on 1st May. However due to his foreign tour, the date was postponed to 10th of May.
Hardik is sulking with the party for last some time and have given sufficient signals to indicate that he may switch over to BJP. Hardik has admired several decisions of BJP government and also promoted his photograph wearing saffron scarf. DeshGujarat
