Ahmedabad Police arrest 10 Bangladeshi nationals for illegal stay

Ahmedabad: The city police have arrested 10 Bangladeshi nationals staying illegally in the Maninagar area of the city. These individuals were apprehended near the Bakrol–Dholka route while heading out for labor work. The arrests were made by the Ahmedabad Rural SOG, and all detainees were found to be residing illegally within the jurisdiction of Aslali police station.
Authorities noted that many of the Bangladeshi nationals deported from Chandola had relocated to various regions across Gujarat. The police have repeatedly apprehended illegal Bangladeshi residents, including women living under assumed identities. The ongoing campaign to identify and detain illegal immigrants continues, resulting in regular arrests across the state.
The police have assured that the crackdown on illegal immigrants will persist to ensure state security and law enforcement. DeshGujarat
