Gandhinagar: A delegation of Commonwealth Games Federation visited Ahmedabad in Gujarat to inspect the venues of sports in the city. The Government of Gujarat has expressed its willingness to host the 203o or 2034 Commonwealth Games in Ahmedabad city. As a part of the ongoing process regarding this, a Commonwealth Games Federation representatives visited the city, while the other delegation shall pay similar visit on August 5. The Narendra Modi stadium, the new upcoming sports complex at Naranpura, a Football and other Sports facility at a private sports complex in Kankariya could be among the venues for hosting Commonwealth games.
