Western Railway changes timings of key trains including Ahmedabad–Mumbai Shatabdi Express

Ahmedabad: Western Railway has announced revisions in the timings of multiple trains with effect from August 8, 2025. The changes include the preponement and postponement of departure times, as well as adjustments to arrival and departure timings at various stations to improve punctuality and operational efficiency.
Key changes:

Train No. 12009 (Shatabdi Express between Ahmedabad and Mumbai Central): Timings have been postponed slightly. For example, departure from Surat will now be at 09:21 instead of 09:18, while arrival at Ahmedabad remains unchanged at 12:40.

Train No. 69142 (Surat–Sanjan): Timings have been preponed by a few minutes across major stations such as Udhna, Bhesan, Sachin, and others. For instance, departure from Surat is advanced from 17:30 to 17:25.

Train No. 69141 (Sanjan–Surat): Timings have been postponed.

Train No. 19101 (Virar–Bharuch): Timings have been preponed.

Train No. 59109 (Valsad–Vadodara): Timings have been preponed.
