Surat: The power supply will be cut during 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM in specific areas of Surat city from the 2nd to the 7th of June 2025, as per the Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (DGVCL). After the completion of the repair work, the electricity supply will be resumed without any further notice.

As per the notice by the Surat Industrial Divisional Office of DGVCL, a power cut is scheduled for a few hours between 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM during several days of this week.

On Tuesday, 03.06.2025, power will be shut down at the 66 kV Govalak Substation, affecting the 22 kV Bheedbhanjan Feeder, under Udhna-2 Sub-division.

On the same day, Tuesday, 03.06.2025, maintenance work will also be carried out at the 66 kV Diamond Substation, impacting the 11 kV Keshav, Narayan, Vishnu, Laxman, Samruddhi, and Jagdamba Feeders, under Sachin Industrial Sub-division.

On Wednesday, 04.06.2025, power will be shut down at the 66 kV Pandesara-A Substation, affecting the 22 kV Saikrupa Feeder, under the Pandesara Sub-division.

On Friday, 06.06.2025, power will be shut at the 66 kV Pandesara-B Substation, affecting the 22 kV Tirupati Feeder.

Lastly, on Saturday, 07.06.2025, the power cut is scheduled for the 66 kV Govalak Substation, impacting the 22 kV Udhna Estate Feeder.

In another notice, the Piplod Division Office of DGVCL has also announced a power outage scheduled between 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM during June 2nd to 7th.

On 02.06.2025, power will be cut in all feeders of the 11 kV GHB Substation, Ichhapor Division, affecting areas nearby the Gujarat Diamond Bourse. Additionally, power will also be cut in the Vesu-2 Substation, affecting the 11 kV Seven Heaven Feeder, impacting Samarth Enclave, Sarjan Palace, Heaven Apartments, Katariya Bungalows, and surrounding areas in the Magdalla Division.

On 03.06.2025, substations namely Vadod, Mora, and Vesu-2 will have power cuts in the 11 kV Tulsi Feeder, Juna Gam Feeder, Nandini, and Shubh Feeders, affecting areas like Jai Ambe, Jainam Marble, Sakhi Nagar, Junagam, Suvali, Rajgari, Happy Residency, Prime Shoppers, Shiv Kartik Enclave, Agam Orchid, and surrounding areas.

On 04.06.2025, the Ichhapor Substation will experience a power outage impacting the 11 kV RID and 11 kV Bhatpore GIDC Feeders. The affected areas will include the RID Industrial Area and Bhatpore GIDC.

On the same day, the Pal Substation will also see a power cut in the 11 kV Green City Feeder, impacting areas surrounding Green City. The 11 kV Bhimpor Feeder of Dumas Substation will also face a power cut, impacting areas like Victoria Farm, Sultanabad Village, and surrounding areas.

On 05.06.2025, a power outage will take place at the Dumas Substation on the 11 kV Gavier Feeder, impacting Gavier Village and surrounding areas. The 11 kV Raghuveer Feeder of Bhimrad Substation will also experience a power cut, impacting Bhimrad Canal Road and nearby areas.

On the same day, the 11 kV Pithawala Feeder of the Dumas Substation will also witness a power outage, affecting VK Farm, PORT Office, Gavier, and surrounding areas.

On 06.06.2025, Bhimrad Substation’s 11 kV Gokul Feeder will see a power cut, affecting Rasulabad, Azadnagar, and surrounding areas. Furthermore, the 11 kV Sai Mohan Feeder of Vadod Substation will face a power cut, affecting Swagat Residency and nearby areas.

On 07.06.2025, the Segva-Chhama Substation will have a power cut in the 11 kV Barbodhan Feeder, affecting Barbodhan Village and surrounding areas.
