PM Modi begins his Gujarat visit with a roadshow in Vadodara

Vadodara: Prime Minister Narendra Modi kicked off his two-day visit to Gujarat on Monday with a grand roadshow in Vadodara—his first trip to the state since Operation Sindoor. Crowds lined the streets, showering flower petals as the Prime Minister waved and greeted them.

In a notable moment, Colonel Sofiya Qureshi’s family joined PM Modi’s roadshow, celebrating with enthusiasm and showering rose petals on him. Furthermore, numerous African students enthusiastically lined up to witness the event, showcasing vibrant support and cultural unity.

Later during the visit, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate several development projects worth around ₹24,000 crore in Dahod. These include key railway initiatives and various schemes under the Government of Gujarat. The Prime Minister will also flag off the Vande Bharat Express between Veraval and Ahmedabad, as well as a new express train between Valsad and Dahod. DeshGujarat
