AUDA to repair 3 bridges on SP Ring Road
April 14, 2025
Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) has decided to carry out minor repair work on three bridges located on the SP Ring Road at Bhat, Odhav, and Vatva, with a budget of ₹14 crore. Road surfacing work will be done on all three bridges as the roads have become uneven and bumpy, necessitating maintenance. The work is expected to begin within the next four to five months.
There are a total of 16 bridges constructed by AUDA along the 76-km-long Ring Road, and periodic repair work usually involves tasks like bearing, parapet, and surface maintenance. To minimize inconvenience to motorists, most of the work will be carried out at night, and no diversions will be implemented. DeshGujarat
