Morbi: Today, for the first time since the formation of the Morbi Municipal Corporation, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will visit the city. During his visit, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for development projects worth ₹187.46 crore, covering 49 projects across five talukas in Morbi district. He will also address a gathering at the event venue, Rameshwar Farm on Ravapar Road.

The district administration has made full-scale preparations for the Chief Minister’s visit. In addition to road projects, he will inaugurate the Mayur Dairy Chilling Plant at Halvad. He is also expected to approve a new ring road for Morbi and announce an internal road for the ceramic cluster. Additionally, he will lay the foundation stone for the widening of the road connecting Morbi to Sajjanpar-Dhunda and Jadeshwar at a cost of ₹55.67 crore. This project is expected to boost tourism in Jadeshwar and improve connectivity for residents.
