Vadodara: The National Highways Authority of India has decided to widen four narrow bridges along National Highway 48. The four bridges on the highway connecting Vadodara to Bharuch used to witness heavy traffic congestion.
Giving information about the decision, Vadodara Lok Sabha MP Dr. Hemang Joshi said, “With the cooperation of the Prime Minister, Home Minister, and Road Transport Minister, the work on all four bridges has been sanctioned. In the next two years, this work will be completed at a rapid pace. This will fulfill a long-standing demand of industries and locals, as these bridges were causing inconvenience due to traffic issues,” he added. DeshGujarat
