Railofy WhatsApp chatbot launches new features

Mumbai: Passengers traveling by train in India can now track their PNR status, real-time train details, and even order food through WhatsApp, thanks to a new feature by Mumbai-based start-up Railofy. This feature enables IRCTC passengers to monitor their journey with just one tap on WhatsApp, eliminating the need for multiple apps to track train status and journey details.

The chatbot service is available on the WhatsApp number 9881193322, where passengers can get details like PNR status, food orders, train times, and the current status of the train.

The WhatsApp chatbot is designed to help passengers obtain PNR status, order food, live train updates, confirm tickets, return tickets, train schedules, and coach positions. Travelers can also use the Rail Madad feature to file complaints inside the train. To use it, simply enter your 10-digit PNR number in the WhatsApp chatbot, and you’ll receive all the necessary information. IRCTC passengers can also call the railway helpline at 139 for live train status.
