Bulldozer demolishes illegal property of brother of land mafia Jayesh Patel

Jamnagar: The Jamnagar Municipal Corporation and local police today demolished illegal structures built by Dharmesh Patel, the brother of notorious land mafia Jayesh Patel (Ranpariya).
The Jamnagar Municipal Corporation carried out the demolition of illegally constructed shops on an area of 1,500 square feet near the canal on Ranjitsagar Road. These shops were demolished with the cooperation of the Jamnagar District Police in the presence of Superintendent of Police Premsukh Delu.
Dharmesh Patel, who has been booked in two different cases under the Money Lenders Act, including extortion earlier this month, remains on the run. The operation was carried out on Ranjitsagar Road, Jamnagar, where valuable land worth crores of rupees was freed from illegal occupation.
Notorious land mafia Jayesh Patel is currently jailed in London, and his extradition process is underway.
Rajya Sabha MP Parimal Nathwani praised the demolition action and wrote in a tweet, “Commendable job done by SP Jamnagar Shri Premsukh Delu and Jamnagar Municipal Corporation for removing the illegal structures built by Dharmesh Patel, brother of gangster Jayesh Patel. Dharmesh Patel has been charged under sections of the Money Lenders Act, including extortion and is currently on the run. Appreciate the support and swift action of #Jamnagar police under the guidance of the State Home Department for freeing land worth crores of rupees at Ranjitsagar Road, Jamnagar.”
