Gandhinagar: Uttar Pradesh Urban Development Minister A.K. Sharma and Minister of State for Skill Development Kapil Dev Agrawal met Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Governor Acharya Devvrat in Gandhinagar on Sunday. During their meeting, the ministers presented the Gujarat CM with a symbolic Kumbh Kalash filled with Gangajal, the Mahakumbh 2025 logo, an invitation, Kumbh literature, and jaggery from Uttar Pradesh. A similar gesture was extended to Governor Devvrat at Raj Bhavan, along with a formal invitation to attend the event.
Both leaders assured their participation, recognizing Mahakumbh as not only a spiritual gathering but also a showcase of India’s cultural heritage. The ministers encouraged Gujarat residents to attend the event and immerse themselves in the nation’s ancient traditions.
As part of the promotional campaign, a roadshow will be held today in Ahmedabad, where the ministers will connect with community leaders, organizations, and influencers to promote awareness and participation in Mahakumbh 2025, scheduled to take place in Prayagraj in January. DeshGujarat
