Bohra community rallies protesting increasing menace of stray cattle and stray dogs

Dahod: Large number of people from Bohra community marched in a rally in Dahod town protesting the increasing menace of stray cattle and stray dogs in the town. The march was supported by opposition Congress party. The march was named as ‘Adhikar rally’. Large number of Bohra community women also participated in this march. The march was in response to an incident in which a Bohra community member hit by a stray cattle died. The silent rally started at Chhab Talav and concluded at the Chief Officer’s office in local municipality building. A representation was made before the Chief Officer and a mamorandum was handed over to Prant Adhikari, Mamlatdar and Chief Officer. DeshGujarat
