September 20, 2024
Surat: Star Air Airlines will resume air connectivity between Surat and Hyderabad with three flights per week starting from October 1.
The airline had suspended operations of its flights in July this year, but due to increasing passenger demand between Surat and Hyderabad, it has decided to resume flights from Surat Airport. Ticket bookings have already begun.
According to the website, Star Air will operate flights on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. The flight will depart from Hyderabad at 7:00 PM and arrive in Surat at 8:30 PM. It will then take off from Surat at 8:55 PM, landing back in Hyderabad at 10:30 PM. The airfare is expected to be around ₹5,000.
The airline will use the Embraer E-175 jet, typically employed for chartered flights, which features 12 business class and 64 economy class seats. The jet is known for its quiet operation. DeshGujarat
