Vadodara: In a strange incident, balcony of an apartment collapsed in Vadodara prima facie due to extreme loud sound of DJ music. The music was being played in religious procession carrying Dashama idol for its installation for the period of Dashama vrat. While the procession was in progress, the balcony broke down and collapsed prima facie due to the extreme loud sound being aired from multiple tall speakers in the procession. A balcony that collapsed was on the third floor of apartment. None is hurt or dead in this incident. Vadodara Municipal Corporation(VMC)’s fire brigade team removed the debris from the site.
