10 pm SpiceJet flight to Ahmedabad departed at 6 am; Regular delays in last 3 days

Ahmedabad: SpiceJet’s flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad has been experiencing prolonged delays since last Saturday.
Flight number SG8193, scheduled to depart at 10:05 pm on Saturday, was delayed for over 7 hours. The flight, originally scheduled for Saturday night, departed at 6:08 am the next morning and arrived at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) Airport at 7:18 am.
The following day, Sunday, the flight again faced a delay of 2 hours and 33 minutes. The flight scheduled for departure on July 14th took off today at 1:08 am and landed at SVPI at 2:23 am.
Today, the flight is delayed by about 4 hours, scheduled to depart at 2 am on Tuesday instead of 10 pm today.
Passengers were left frustrated with the prolonged delays, and one passenger took to social media platform X to criticize the airline’s service, tagging SpiceJet and Civil Aviation Ministery the user wrote “SG8193 Del to Ahmedabad Worst flight experience received last Saturday from Spicejet. The flight schedule was changing every half an hour from 10 P.M to 5 AM and the flight depared at 6 A.M from Delhi to Ahmedabad. People were stranded whole night.”
