Mumbai: The Men’s Selection Committee for the Indian Cricket Team has selected a 15-member squad for the upcoming tour of Zimbabwe. India will travel to Harare in the first week of July for a five-match T20I series against the hosts.

Shubman Gill will lead this young squad as captain in the upcoming India – Zimbabwe series, while Sanju Samson and Dhruv Jurel will be on board as wicketkeepers.

Shubman Gill (Captain), Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Abhishek Sharma, Rinku Singh, Sanju Samson (WK), Dhruv Jurel (WK), Nitish Reddy, Riyan Parag, Washington Sundar, Ravi Bishnoi, Avesh Khan, Khaleel Ahmed, Mukesh Kumar, Tushar Deshpande.

It is noteworthy that Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya and Surya Kumar Yadav have been given rest for the five-match T20 series.
