Gujarat Board class 12 exam 2024 results out; 82.45% pass Science, 91.93% General stream

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat Board has declared the results for both the class-12 general stream and science stream today, May 9th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The pass percentage for the science stream is 82.45%, while for the general stream encompassing arts and commerce, it’s 91.93%.
Out of 3.78 lakh students who appeared in the exam in the general stream, 3.47 lakh were successful in the first attempt. In addition to this, over 59,000 made another attempt. Of them over 29,000 are successful. Among all subjects, the highest number of students remained unsuccessful in the Statistics subject. Out of 1.11 lakh students who appeared in exams in 12 Science, 91,625 were successful. In the Science stream, the highest number of students failed in Chemistry and Physics. Only 83.17% of students passed Physics while 86.60% passed Chemistry.
According to the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, the results for the class-12 board exams held in March of this year, including both the science and general streams, are now available on the www.GSEB.org website.
Students can access their results by entering their seat numbers on the website or by sending their seat numbers via WhatsApp to the number 6357300971.
Banchanidhi Pani, the Chairman of GSHSEB, remarked that there has been an improvement in results after a decade. He noted that this time, students have achieved commendable outcomes.
The Gujarat Board also mentioned that information regarding the dispatch of mark sheets and certificates to schools will be provided later. Additionally, the results for GUJCET 2024 and Sanskrit Madhyama have also been announced today. DeshGujarat
