Traffic restrictions & diversions near Motera Stadium for IPL matches
April 17, 2024
Ahmedabad: The city Police Commissioner, through an official announcement, has implemented traffic restrictions around the Narendra Modi Stadium for the remaining six IPL 2024 matches scheduled at the venue.
During these matches, vehicles will not be allowed on the road segment between Janpath T Junction and Stadium Main Gate, as well as from Krupa Residency to the Stadium Main Gate. Instead, authorities have suggested alternative routes: one from Tapovan Circle to ONGC Crossroads, then to Visat T Junction, proceeding towards Janpath T Junction, and finally to Powerhouse Crossroads and Prabodh Rawal Circle. Another alternative route is proposed from Krupa Residency to Sharan Status Crossroads, then to Koteshwar Road, and finally to Apollo Circle.
These diversions will be enforced during the matches: GT vs DC on April 17, GT vs RCB on April 28, GT vs CSK on May 10, GT vs KKR on May 13, and for the Qualifier 1 and Eliminator matches on May 21 and 22 respectively. DeshGujarat
