All SpiceJet flights to operate from Terminal-2 of Ahmedabad Airport
April 09, 2024
Ahmedabad: Starting today, all domestic flights operated by SpiceJet are being relocated to Terminal-2 (T2) at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) Airport, which is the international terminal.
Ahmedabad Airport has issued an advisory urging passengers to contact SpiceJet’s customer service and review their flight status and schedule for any further updates before traveling to the airport. Additionally, the airline has independently notified passengers and shared advisories on its social media platforms.
SpiceJet currently offers daily domestic flights to various destinations including Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Pune, Ayodhya, Bagdogra, and Jaipur, along with an international flight to Dubai from Ahmedabad.
This relocation of SpiceJet’s operations to Terminal-2 is expected to alleviate congestion at Terminal-1, thereby facilitating smoother passenger handling during peak hours. Other carriers such as IndiGo, Akasa, Air India, and Vistara will continue to operate their domestic flights from Terminal-1.
