Porbandar: BJP candidate and union minister Mansukh Mandaviya while addressing the party office bearers in one of assembly constituencies under Porbandar Lok Sabha constituency revealed that when checked using Artificial Intelligence, his team found that some of page pramukhs were above 90 age while some shown in the list as page pramukhs were not alive.

Mandaviya said his team checked the data of page pramukhs submitted by local party organization. While scanning the data, it was found that some persons shown as page pramukhs were above 90 age, while some were not alive even. He indicated that it shows the party can’t blindly rely on the current list of page pramukhs. He said such randomly submitted names would not work. He then announced the remedial measures and explained the plan before the party workers.

Page pramukh is the system in which a person is assigned responsibility of list of voters on one page of electoral roll.

Mandaviya stressed on placing party flags on as many houses as possible. He said it’s not an insignificant this, it’s in fact a very important thing and help to make ‘mahaul’ in favor of BJP. Mandaviya said he would start visiting district panchayat areas from 7th of April. DeshGujarat
