IAF Suryakiran demonstration before start of ICC World Cup final match in Ahmedabad

Motera: The Indian Air Force’s Suryakiran team will perform aerobatic displays on Sunday, November 19 before the start of the Cricket world cup final match at Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad. Practice rehearsal will be available to watch in the sky possibly after 1.30 pm on 17th and 18th November.

Unbeatable Indian cricket team that has won all 10 matches in ongoing International Cricket Council(ICC) Men’s one day world cup is going to play the final match either against Australia or South Africa. India has already secured its position in final after winning semifinal match against New Zealand at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai on November 15.

Over 1.20 lakh cricket fans who are set to watch the final match in Narendra Modi stadium will enjoy the Surya Kiran aerobatics demonstration from within the stadium, while scores of other Amdavadis will witness it from the nearby areas outside the stadium.

Surya Kiran is an aerobatics demonstration team of the Indian Air Force. The Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team was formed in 1996 and are a part of the 52nd Squadron of the IAF. The team has since performed numerous demonstrations usually with nine aircraft. DeshGujarat
