Sabarmati: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today launched a pilot project for drone based Artificial Intelligence(AI) surveillance by flying a drone for 800 meter distance between Panjrapol char rasta to LD Engineering college.

The live feed of video captured by drone was monitored by Municipal Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer (CRO) of Smart City Amdavad Development Ltd sitting in office.

According to AMC, the video footage can be analyzed using artificial intelligence for the issues such as encroachments, haphazard parking, waste, damaged roads, road-side parking etc. DeshGujarat
