Surat: A team of Mumbai customs officers held a youth from Rustampura in Surat for ordering hybrid weed (Ganja, cannabis, or marijuana) online from Canada.

A team from Mumbai’s customs department raided Rustampura after receiving information that someone had ordered hybrid weed online from Canada. A 22-year-old man named Fenil Lekhadiya living in Faras Mohalla in Rustampura allegedly ordered the weed.

A tussle occurred between the customs officials and the locals in the area after the locals suspected them to be outsiders. Salabatpura police interfered in the matter and clarified that the team was from the Mumbai customs department.
