Gandhinagar: The state government has suspended a treasury officer named Gulabsha Bhikhusha Jadeja from the state finance department for various reasons including showing a communal approach in work and spreading jihadi education under the guise of coaching.
This is the first time an employee has been suspended in the state bureaucracy for such activities. The suspension order also mentioned irregularities in attendance, challenging laws, and other anti-national activities.
He has been asked to stay in the Dang district during his suspension and cannot leave without permission. If he violates any of the suspension conditions, he will not receive allowances.
According to sources, the government is considering filing an FIR against him for his conduct on social media related to religion, which violated service rules and disturbed communal amity. DeshGujarat
