Suspected drug packets found out on Saurashtra coast

Porbandar: A large number of suspected drugs packets were found from the seashores of Mangrol in Junagadh, Madhavpur in Porbandar, Dwarka and Gir Somnath.
The Mangrol police found 39 suspicious packets from sea shore in Mangrol. They handed over the packets to FSL for further investigation. It is suspected to be Charas. The total weight is around 39 kgs, considering one kg weight for each packet. Its estimated worth is Rs 50 lakh. The packets have symbols of an Afghan company and another company printed on them.
Total 15 suspicious packets were found from Madhavpur seashore in Porbandar. The investigation is started from Navi Bandar to Mangrol route. Total 120 suspicious packets were found from Gir Somnath beach.
It’s worth noting that such phenomena was just limited to Kutch coast, mainly Jakhau, but now such packets are also noticed at Saurashtra coast. DeshGujarat
