Gujarat CM grants Rs. 5.62 crore for development works in 3 towns

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has granted in principle approval to the developments of Rs. 5.62 crore in 3 towns of the state namely Karjan, Modasa and Kheralu.
Total 51 developments will be undertaken in Karjan municipality due to the in-principle approval which includes CC road and paver block works. The works of over Rs 30 lakh in Modasa and over Rs 24 lakh in Kheralu are approved. The works of drinking water and gutter line will be started in Kheralu.
The works will be undertaken with public participation under Swarnim Jayanti Mukhya Mantri Shaheri Vikas Yojna. The state government’s contribution will be 70 percent, and the contribution of private society and local self government will be 20 percent and 10 percent respectively. DeshGujarat
