June 08, 2022
Vadodara: The Vadodara police are preparing to put in place watertight police security for the Prime Minister’s visit on June 18. For this purpose, a complete report on the 10,000 residential as well as commercial buildings along the proposed route for the roadshow and around the Leprosy ground (the venue of the Public Meeting) has been readied.
The police will visit every building mentioned in the report and collect information about the occupants and residents. A detailed survey of how many buildings are occupied, and how many are empty will be done. On Tuesday, the police visited the Harni airport and began coordinating with other agencies.
The police have also reserved a big plot of land near L&T Knowledge city, close to the venue of the public meeting, which can be used to park four-wheelers, two-wheelers and 5,000 buses. DeshGujarat.
