Kapadvanj: As many as 24 leaders and 150 workers including 5 incumbent members, 10 former members, and 3 former presidents of the Kapadvanj Municipality were offered the saffron scarf and welcomed back into the BJP at the party’s Kheda district office in Nadiad.

These rejoinees will be given responsibility for the coming assembly polls. They have been exhorted to create awareness among the people about the achievements of the government in the area of development.

Among those who rejoined the party are former Yuva Morcha President Vipul Patel, and former Presidents of Kapadvanj Municipality, namely, Pankaj Patel, Pragnesh Soni and Ranjanaben Shah.

Those who renewed their allegiance to the BJP’s ideology also guaranteed that they would henceforth work in the interest of the party. These rejoinees have also been asked to start working for Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s programme organized in Nadiad on May 29. DeshGujarat
