BJP wins Gujarat local polls comfortably; achieves first electoral victory in GMC

Gandhinagar: Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party has achieved grand victory in regular/midterm/by-elections of local bodies in Gujarat. The party has crossed half mark in 44-seat Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GMC). The party has also won Thara and Bhanvad municipality elections. The party has won both seats – Chandkheda and Isanpur – in Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) that went for by-polls. More details are to be updated here. DeshGujarat
