AMC Fire and Emergency Services gets drone, robot to assist fire dousing operations

In pictures: AMC Fire and Emergency Services has got Rs. 3 crore Robot for fire dousing operations. It is named as Sheshnag. It throws water with 300 to 325 litre pressure. Water can reach upto 35 metre in straight line and later spread. An operator can operate this Robot from maximum 300 metre distance. This Robot can climb 1.5 ft wall also. It has 5,000 litre water tank and 400 litre high pressure pump. A 500 metre long pipe is connected to it. A Rs. 25 lakh drone can go at the height of 400 ft and take thermal image in order to assist the fire control operation.
