Prime Minister Narendra Modi likely to visit Madhavpur in Gujarat in last week of this month

Porbandar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to arrive at Porbandar in coastal Saurashtra in the last week of this month.
The Prime Minister is likely to be at Madhavpur near Porbandar on either March 27 or 28.
Madhavpur is famous for a medieval temple of Madhavraiji and a religious/cultural fair linked to it. Madhavpur has also a turtle protection centre run by the Forest department of Gujarat. The small pilgrim town has also Rajnish Ashram located here.
Madhavpur fair takes place every year during 9th(Ram Navmi) and 13th day of Chaitra month of Gujarati calendar. The fair attracts highest number of visitors on third day which is March 27. During the fair, Vivah of Krishna and Rukmani takes place.
