Shah absent in court, hearing on 26th now, Tarun Barot files bail plea

CBI court in Mumbai hearing Tulsi Prajapati fake encounter case against BJP President Amit Shah and others adjourned the matter till Aug 26. Amit Shah didn’t appear in court again today. The court has directed him to appear in next date. Shah was busy attending BJP rally in poll-bound Haryana state.
In another development. suspended cop Tarun Barot has filed plea seeking bail in Sadiq Jamal encounter case. The court has issued notice to CBI.
