And now its North Gujarat’s turn

After serving south Gujarat, central Gujarat, Ahmedabad and Saurashtra one by one, the latest, unexpected, surprise and magical round of rain has now started filling the water bodies of norh Gujarat region. Low pressure system moved to north Gujarat region yesterday and gave 10 to 13 inch rain mainly in Banaskantha and Patan districts. North Gujarat’s Deesa, Patan, Tharad, Sami belt received excellent rain which was not witnessed during last two monsoon. Home Guard building in Tharad was collapsed due to heavy rain. Deesa town witnessed water logging for the first time in recent years due to over 13 inch rain in night. Some villages in Sami belt are inaccessible due to water logging in lower stretches of highways. More details are awaited.
