Gujarat BJP today welcomed the Gujarat High Court verdicts approving the impact fee law, extension to Nanavati commission and diversion of S.T. buses to Garib Kalyan Melas, Gujarat BJP spokesperson Shri IK Jadeja in a statement issued here today said.
“Gujarat government provides bus service to poor people to take them to Garib Kalyan Melas. These poor people are beneficiaries of government schemes. Motives of those who wished poor people should not get such service are exposed,” he said.
“Impact fee bill was passed with good intention to provide facility to lakhs of people across the state. The court has rejected those opposing such bill. Moreover the court has also dismissed the attempts to interfere into the decision of extension of Nanavati commission,” he added.
“Honorable court has slapped anti-poor, anti-middle class and anti-Gujarat elements and elements interfering in government work are exposed. Such elements should stop anti-society activities. The BJP welcomes the verdicts. The court has approved Gujarat government’s pro-people policies which is clear from the verdict,” he further said.
